We offer the following dispatch methods:

If you wish to collect in person please ensure you un-tick the "Add Delivery" option in the "Your Shopping Cart" stage so you are not charged for this service.
Please also inform us when you wish to collect so we can have your goods ready in advance.
Delivery By Courier:
We will endeavour to dispatch stock items within 3 working days, though usually quicker, via our chargeable 24-hour courier service.
We will contact you before we dispatch your goods to arrange a convenient delivery date.
All goods must be signed for unless otherwise agreed upon. Other instructions can be left in the "Delivery Instructions" box at the "Checkout" stage.
Please sign all goods as "Unchecked" in case of the unlikely event that damage has occured during transit. This will aid any potential insurance claim.
We must be notified of any damages within 24-hours and all goods and packaging must be retained for inspection.
Non Stock Items:
So as to extend the range of goods we can offer you, certain items are dispatched directly from our suppliers. This will be indicated in the description of the goods.
Delivery times for these items may vary, though this may be indicated in the description of the goods.
Customers will be contacted before goods are dispatched to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Most of these items can also be collected though certain items can only be delivered directly from our suppliers due to our own stockroom restrictions. This will be indicated in the description of the goods.
We may not be able to deliver certain fragile items such as large mirrors for example via our standard "Insured" courier service due to transit restrictions. This will be indicated in the description of the goods.
However these items may still be delivered, but at the "Customers Risk" (i.e. "Non Insured" - if the goods are damaged in transit NO refund or replacement will be issued).
It is ALWAYS advisable to collect these items directly from our Brighton store.
It is your responsibility to ensure that goods ordered will pass freely through all doorways, passageways etc.
All goods have clear measurements in the description to assist you with determining this.
Should any furniture not fit we will not refund your delivery fee.
In certain cases where "Non Stock Items" have been ordered directly from our suppliers you may not be able to return the goods at all or be subject to their specific restocking fee.
